Seven integrated capabilities. One engineering roof.

From a 2D drawing or a STEP file to a finished, inspected component — formed, machined, bent, finished or printed in the same Vadodara plant.

Metal-to-plastic conversion

Engineering review of metal parts for conversion to high-performance polymers — lower weight and cost, no corrosion, with the structural function preserved.

RouteEngineering review of the metal part → material and process recommendation → DFM notes and itemised quotation
Data we work fromDXF · DWG · STEP · IGES · STL · PDF drawings — or a physical sample for reverse engineering

The numbers your engineers ask for first.

Figures are for standard production; larger or thicker parts are reviewed case by case. Send the drawing and we will confirm feasibility in writing.

How we work

From RFQ to first article to series — a defined route.

Six steps, each with a named owner and a record. The same route for a single prototype and a multi-year series programme.

01RFQ & drawing review

Send the drawing or CAD with quantity, material and application. We confirm feasibility within two working days.

02DFM & transparent costing

Design-for-manufacture notes, material and gauge recommendation, and an itemised quotation — tooling, piece price and MOQ shown separately.

03Tooling in-house

Patterns, forming tools and fixtures built in our own tool shop. Timelines and confidentiality stay under our control.

04First-piece approval

The first article is measured against the drawing and approved before any batch runs — by us, and by you if you wish.

05Production & inspection

Forming, machining, trimming and finishing with in-process checks and controlled shop-floor records.

06Dispatch with documents

Inspection records, material traceability and — on request — test certificates travel with every lot.

Send us the drawing. We reply with feasibility, route and price within two working days.
