How this website handles your data.
Short version: enquiry and application forms open your own email or WhatsApp app — nothing is stored on our server. Analytics runs only after you accept it. Last updated 19 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website, kalpavrux.com, is operated by M/s Kalpavrux, a partnership firm registered in India, with its plant and office at Plot A-48, Manjusar–Savli GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat – 391775, India. 2. What we collect, and why
2.1 Enquiry, RFQ and application forms
The forms on this website do not send data to our server. When you press “Send by email” or “Send on WhatsApp”, the text you typed is handed to your own email client or WhatsApp app, and you decide whether to send it. We receive it only if you do. We then use your name, company, contact details and the content of your message solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or process your application. Enquiries are kept for the duration of the business relationship and for the statutory retention periods that apply to commercial correspondence in India; applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
2.2 Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (property owned by Kalpavrux; processor Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, clicks on phone, WhatsApp and email links, and form submissions. Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are switched off (Consent Mode: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied) and Google’s data-sharing with other Google products is disabled in our property settings. No personal data from analytics is sold or used for advertising.
2.3 Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider records technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site secure and available. These logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with other data.
2.4 Fonts, maps and third parties
Web fonts are served from our own server — no font requests go to third parties. The “Directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab; Google’s privacy policy applies from that point. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp (Meta Platforms); its terms apply to the chat.

4. Legal basis and your rights
We process enquiry and application data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence. Analytics is processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR / UK GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights of access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making, and share it only with service providers named above and where the law requires. Data may be transferred to and stored in India; analytics data is processed by Google under its standard contractual terms.
