All positions are full-time at Plot A-48, Manjusar–Savli GIDC. Experienced candidates and motivated freshers are both welcome — tell us which you are. For the two artist roles, experienced artists may also propose a project-based association.

3D printing & prototypingOpenings: 1

3D Printing Designer / CAD Engineer

Turn drawings, sketches and photographs into printable 3D models — enclosures, fixtures, forming tools, architectural ornaments and art pieces — and run our large-format FDM printer from slicing to finished part.

What you bring

CAD modelling from 2D drawings or images (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender or similar)
Slicer set-up, material and print-parameter judgement; STEP / STL / 3MF handling
An eye for finish — parts go on to Patina Magik metal finishing and to production tooling
Diploma / degree in mechanical, product or industrial design, or a strong portfolio

Thermoforming & vacuum formingOpenings: 2

Thermoforming Machine Operators

Run our automatic thermoforming line on a two-shift pattern: sheet loading, heating and forming cycles, mould changes, trimming and first-piece checks against the drawing.

What you bring

Experience on thermoforming, vacuum forming or similar sheet-processing machines (ABS, PET-G, PC, HIPS a plus)
Care for first-piece approval and in-process records — we train the method
Willingness to work in shifts; ITI or equivalent preferred, not essential

Plastic Fabrication Technicians

Fabricate acrylic, polycarbonate, PET-G and PVC parts: CNC router operation, line bending, solvent bonding, assembly and finishing of machine guards, enclosures, tanks and displays.

What you bring

Hands-on experience in plastic or acrylic fabrication; CNC router operation (ArtCAM / CorelDRAW a plus)
Reading engineering drawings and working to tolerances
Clean, safe working habits — 5S is daily practice here

Own incoming, in-process and final inspection: first-piece approval, dimensional checks against the drawing, inspection reports, certificate and test-report packs for pharma and export customers — the records our customer audits run on.

What you bring

Diploma / degree in mechanical or polymer engineering; 2+ years in QC of machined, moulded or formed components
Vernier, micrometer, height gauge and go/no-go gauges; reading tolerances and GD&T on drawings
Writing clear inspection reports and SOPs; ISO 9001 documentation exposure a plus

Run the sheet, resin and consumables store: receipts against purchase orders, inward check together with QC, bin cards and stock entries in our inventory app, FIFO issue to the shop floor and monthly physical stock reconciliation.

What you bring

2+ years in a manufacturing store; sheet or polymer materials a plus
Comfortable with computer entry — Excel and a simple inventory app

Patina Artist — Patina Magik

Create liquid-metal, patina and textured finishes on furniture, panels, sculptures and 3D-printed forms — from sample board to final sealed surface — for architects, interior designers and brands.

What you bring

Fine-arts background (BFA / Diploma in Fine or Applied Arts) or a strong portfolio of hand-finished work
Colour sense, patience with layered finishes and sample-board discipline
Spray-gun and surface-preparation basics a plus — we train the Patina Magik system
Full-time preferred; a project-based association is possible for experienced artists
